The answers must match the answers provided and the email must match the email associated to the account when you registered your account If the answers and email are a match, your userid will be provided.
If the answers are not correct you will have 3 chances to retrieve your userid.
After the third try your account will be locked and you will have to contact the TRECA Helpdesk for assistance at (888) 828-4798 ext 2791
